Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Are you referring to your 2019 return that you are expected to file in 2020? You should have an email from Turbotax to login to the online version that you started. Clicking on "Pick up where you left off" should take you to the 2019 return that you need file by tomorrow.
