Yes, I hit the button that said I do not have a 1099R but I do have the form. I need to change it. The website will not let me e-file my state taxes. I already sent the payment. How do I fix ?

To enter the 1099-R, do a Search for 1099-r and click on the jump-to result. Mac users will look for 1099-r in the Topic List.

What is the error message about e-filing and the state return? I would not have thought that a missing 1099-R would have held up e-filing a state return.
