I'd like to pay my hefty bill with a few methods - how do I do that?

It cannot be done using the TT program ... in the FILE tab choose to mail in a payment. Then once you have efiled successfully you can pay the IRS directly online ... make one payment then repeat the steps to make another. www.IRS.gov/payments

Be aware that using a CC is expensive ... first your CC will probably hit you with a cash advance fee and then you are required to also pay the usual CC fee the store usually absorbs.
