Same for many, many of us. I got my state back very quickly. Waiting since Feb for federal. I belong to a Facebook group. It seems there are thousands of returns held up. Many of us had to send in a Marketplace form 8962. Many claimed earned income credit. When calling IRS, we're given the run-around. 60 day holds, 4 week delays, need more info. I see many are being told wait until August 1st. The good news is that most of it seems to be stall tactics. After being told August 1st, or 60 days, or whatever, people are still getting their refunds without that ridiculous wait time.

It depends.

The IRS issues a lot of refunds within 21 days, but it has been taking longer with the stimulus payment being issued in addition to the tax refunds.
