for the first time in my life I expect to owe taxes. I've used turbotax for years. however i'll need to pay my taxes via another site specifically for paying taxes (not preparing taxes) as tubotax does not offer the options I need. can I use turbotax to do my tax return, download and transmit it without paying my tax through them? We have no printer at home. libraries are closed. FedEX office is not really an option.

Yes you can efile from Turbo Tax. Say you will mail a check for the tax due. Then you can pay however you want.
