      <description>We filed our taxes in Feb using Turbotax. We paid into state (they took the money out the same day) and had a refund for federal. Here it is 5 months later and no refund. I keep getting this same mess</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My original question was cutoff. Here is the full question:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We filed our taxes in Feb using Turbotax. We paid into state (they took the money out the same day) and had a refund for federal. Here it is 5 months later and no refund. I keep getting this same message saying they’re still being processed. I called the IRS, was on hold for 30 mins, finally got a person and she said she needed to get me to the correct department and when she transferred me, I got a recording stating my request could not be processed at this time and disconnected me.
