I paid for the 2019 turbo tax bought from target. the state refund is suppose to be $24.99 i need some assistance please. Thank you

Try clicking the Help button on the top menu bar.

Then select TurboTax Help Center.
A popup window will pop up and allow you to type in a search or ask for help.
Once you type in your information here, you will also be prompted to have someone call you if needed on the next screen. You will need to enter your information in this section.

There is a 24.99 fee to efile the state return, it's not a refund. Or you can print and mail state for free. Don't understand your question.
