there is no second stimulus as yet and there may never be. what the IRS probably does is process the initial stimulus in batches and then sends them out. it was originally estimated that some would not be sent the stimulus until kate August or early September.

if your stimulus is based on 2019 tax return, we haven't even reached the filing deadline yet.
