I have filled out my return and have not received the full amount. I haven't gotten my COVID stimulus check.

have you received any part of your refund? if so only the IRS can answer why you didn't receive the full amount. you should receive a notice that explains it. we can't explain why you haven't received your stimulus payment. check this website.

We do not know what you mean by "the full amount."

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.

TurboTax has no control over when the IRS issues your stimulus.
