    <description>&lt;P&gt;TurboTax transmit what is entered into the program.&amp;nbsp; The IRS &amp;amp; State receives your return &amp;amp; they start processing it.&amp;nbsp; If they find an error, could be math, forms, etc, it will take them longer to process that return, &amp;amp; with Covid-19, it is taking allot longer to process returns.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The IRS is closed &amp;amp; they are not taking phone calls.&amp;nbsp; They are still processing e-filed returns &amp;amp; stimulus checks but they have been behind.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is taking the IRS longer to process returns since they are closed.&amp;nbsp; They are still processing e-filed returns but the 21 days (business days) is not the standard now due to Covid-19.&amp;nbsp; The IRS is not processing&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;mailed in&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;returns at this time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can check the IRS website, Where's My Refund, for update on your&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Federal refund&lt;/STRONG&gt;, the website updates once a day.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.irs.gov/refunds" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.irs.gov/refunds&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No one would know why your return says "still processing".&amp;nbsp; Only the IRS (or State) has the answers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Being processed", &lt;/STRONG&gt;means the IRS must first process your return and then&lt;STRONG&gt; approve your refund.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/STRONG&gt;It's possible your tax return may require additional review and take longer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My return says still processing.&amp;nbsp; If there was a problem wouldn't it have been caught by Turbotax before directing me to send and file.&amp;nbsp; the Turbo tax site says it was sent and received 3/10/2020 and&amp;nbsp; I should have recived my refund by 3-30-2020.&amp;nbsp; Please help I can't contact IRS directly during this coronovirus situation&lt;/P&gt;</description>
