I received a letter 12C from the IRS on Feb 22 of this year requesting forms 1095A and 8962 which I faxed to them on Feb 27. I have not received anything from them and it still shows my return being processed. It was been over 12 weeks. I've tried calling countless times and cannot speak to a live person, I even submitted the forms requested by mail 3 weeks ago, still nothing

It depends.

The IRS has been taking longer with the stimulus payment being issued in addition to the tax refunds.
