If you owed federal income taxes on your 2018 tax return, then the IRS does not have a direct deposit account for your name and Social Security number. The stimulus payment will be sent to you by the IRS as a check in the mail to the address entered on the 2018 tax return, if you are eligible for the stimulus payment.

Stimulus check

I filed 2018 taxes using Turbo Tax and have not filed my 2019 yet but per IRS guidelines, I qualify for a partial amount of the $1,2000 stimulus check. However, I have yet to receive it and Get My Payment keeps saying payment status not available. I owed in 2018 and used my bank account to pay for it via Turbo Tax but I read that there are some issues with TurboTax and IRS for the stimulus check. Does anyone know?
