If you selected to file by mail and have already printed a copy, you will need to trick the system to allow you to make changes.

Select "add a state" or "amend my return." While you actually not do either, this will allow you to make the changes you want.

If you have elected to e-file, you can simply return to the portion of your return you wish to change.
