Months later no refund

I filed February 26th got my state taxes a few days later but my federal still says in process a date will be provided nearly three months later and I cannot get in contact with the IRS to figure out why. Am I gonna have to wait until the country opens back up to get answers here?

TurboTax gets no information about the status of your refund.
In normal times, the IRS says that most filers get their refunds within 21 days from the time their tax return is accepted.
Many returns are taking longer now since the IRS did not process returns for a while and there is now a big backlog of unprocessed returns.
The IRS is currently not processing any mailed returns and is not taking any phone calls.

If you efiled your return, have you confirmed that the return was submitted by TurboTax and accepted by the IRS?

Since it has been so long since you filed, you may be able to get help from the Taxpayer Advocate Service:

Unfortunately others who have tried this say they leave messages but never get a call back. I'm sure they are overwhelmed with calls since the IRS is currently not taking any phone calls and is way behind in processing returns. If fact, they are not even processing mailed returns at the current time.

I filed in February too! Still no refund. Ughhh

I am in the same boat. The refund I was getting this year was going to be enough to pull me out of some debt but now its just gone so long I am not sure how I am even going to feed my new son.

meeee too... check status everyday and everyday it says processing. I imagine they are way behind but one would think they would publish a statement concerning such.
