Today i received my Federal tax return, but the value payed are different from informed on my tax return. My Federal return are informing $2,406 but was payed $2289,03. WHy this difference? also the decution regards the fees for use the licence was around $76 and this arent matching.

But from where this extra tax are come from? During the payment process the price was $76.98 as you can see the receipt bellow: There is nothing that says that i may will be charged in any extra charge $39.99. I review my tax and return documents and there is no field that affirm that i will be an extra charge. Please review it.

@Marquedasf No one here is a thief. In fact, most of us are just TT users who volunteer to help other users. If you check the news, you will see that the IRS is having many problems. Congress keeps adding to its workload, but gives it no additional funding.

The IRS is seriously backlogged due to all the extra stimulus filings, as well as a few million unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown. In addition, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable. But if TT told you the IRS Accepted your filing for processing, then the government has it. (Approved is a later step, but TT receives no further updates once Accepted.) Contacting the IRS will not help, and the IRS has implored taxpayers not to call them. Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient. Also see:
