Does Turbo tax send the money to the IRS Post office for free if I file the 1040 with you?

TurboTax does not send anything to the post office for you. TurboTax does not mail anything at all for you. If you chose to file by mail, then that means YOU print it, and put it in an envelope with stamps on it and take it to a mailbox yourself.
