      <description>&lt;P&gt;Typically, child deductions go to the full time parent, unless their is an agreement otherwise. If your ex filed before you and claimed your children on her return and you were supposed to claim them on your return, you will need to get the money from her, likely by going to small claims court. The IRS will not get involved in marital/child disputes, they leave that for the courts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
