Return Accepted still not processed

I e filed 2019 through Turbo Tax on 3/25 I owe $ and have a voucher to pay by the 7/15 deadline.

My return shows accepted but on the IRS site (my account) it still shows no record of filing and when I go to the get my payment for stimulus it says it cannot determine at this time blah blah.

I need my 2019 return on file, my 2018 AGI was inflated because i sold a home and I need the 2019 return to show I am eligible for the COVID payment

If your return is showing as accepted on IRS.gov, the IRS has this information. It is unknown when the IRS is going to review 2018 and 2019 returns to determine eligibility for the stimulus payment. If your 2018 income was too high and the IRS for some reason didn't review it for the stimulus payment, then you can still receive it in 2021 when you file your 2020 return. The stimulus is actually an ADVANCE on a credit on your 2020 return.

Thank you for your answer but the IRS does NOT show it as accepted, my efile status on Turbo Tax shows that it was accepted

How long has it been since you filed? It typically takes at least 48 hours before the return can be tracked on the IRS website. If it has been longer than this, be sure that your filing status used for tracking matches the one on your tax return and use only the federal refund amount for tracking - do not combine your refund amount with the state refund.

If it is still not showing, I would suggest that you contact us directly to have someone check our e-File system to be sure it shows accepted there as well. You can reach us here: Contact TurboTax.

I e-filed and it shows accepted as of 3/27/20 when I contact turbo tax all it says is the same as on my turbo tax files and refer me to IRS Which has no “live” agents

The turbo tax message just like IRS auto service only refers to refund status I am NOT getting a refund

The online link is your best option to track your refund. I have attached a link with more answers from the IRS as to why your refund may be taking longer to process.

Again, I e filed it shows accepted I am NOT expecting a refund I just need my 2019 processed so I am eligible for the stimulus payment

When I go to the IRS site for my account it says 2019 return not received but according to turbo tax it was accepted and I received email it was accepted as well

Your 2019 return does not need to be processed to get the stimulus payment.

Thank you for the reply BUT I need my 2019 return processed because based on my 2018 AGI I am not eligible I sold my home so had capital gain but my 2019 AGI brings me in line to get the stimulus $, also my 2018 return has my old address and I had to pay the IRS so since I did not get a refund my DD info is not on file
