If TurboTax has your bank account or credit card information, they will automatically take the payment for the fees from you account. If not, you can wait for them to contact you. Watch for an email from them.

It appears the poster said the loan payments originally taken out of the refund were returned to the poster in a check. That means the poster got all of the refund amount back but still owed the payment for the TurboTax fees. The IRS would not have sent the check to the 3rd party bank that processes the refund to take out the TurboTax fees.
