Stimulus Check

I e-filed 2019 taxes my refund is $0 due to low income my AGI was $1. Still no payment status available. Does this mean with AGI of $1 I don't qualify for stimulus check? I'm beyond frustrated.

No, it means that the status is not available. You should receive a stimulus payment based on your low AGI. It just takes time for the information to be put in the system after your tax return is processed. Stimulus payments will be made throughout the year and the IRS has not released a set schedule for the order they are making the payments.
