      <description>&lt;P&gt;So this is my issue. I have the Turbo Tax prepaid card. I filed using it for 2018 tax season and have not filed this current season. The IRS website confirms the payment was sent to my turbo tax prepaid card and verifies the last 4 of the account number to be the turbo tax card account. I have called and went through every option there is to speak to someone with the turbo tax prepaid green dot card and no option will let you speak to a rep. I did email. They refer me back to the irs and say there are no deposits for me. Even as of today the irs website still says my stimulus was sent to this acct. To make matters worse you cannot speak to anyone at the irs. Their automated system says they do not have a live rep at this time. Im at a loss cause I cannot speak to anyone at the bank or irs.&amp;nbsp; I just need to know why it does not show in this account if the IRS said this is where they deposited it 4/15/20. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
