The form you are referring to is Form W-2c. It is a corrected W-2 form. You do not have to send it to the IRS as your employer has already filed it with the IRS. Just keep that form in your tax records.

I e filed my taxes and realized I didn’t claim one of my children so I amended. But I went to a tax person to amend. But he noticed my social security number was missing. So he sent in my amended taxes and I reached out to my employer for help and they sent me a 44444 form with my social on it. How do I go about sending it into the irs? Do I just send it in by itself or do I need to print something else off? How do I get it to them. Do I need to re amend again?

Yes. But your tax preparer who spotted the error has already amended your return. And your employer corrected with the IRS. All is fine now.
