      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I originally signed up for the turbo tax prepaid card and only got my states return in the mail on a check but haven’t seen my federal It’s been months now and I tracked it the IRS status shows accepted and sent to bank and direct deposited and I never did direct deposited this year and check with my back account and they didn’t have it and I have seen account and routing number when I reviewed my 2019 taxes and I never put in a routing or account number when u filed so don’t know how they got this info of someone account and routing number that isn’t mine and I did give permission to anyone just add a bank account for direct posit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same kind of problem. The IRS says they deposited in my account March 4, six weeks ago. I have no bank account, I asked to have it put on a card. Cant talk to anyone at Turbo tax. What can we do, sue them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
