Federal and state refunds are processed through different agencies and appear in your account at different times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second, confirm the payment has not been reduced for debt.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
  &lt;SPAN&gt;To see if IRS is keeping your refund for student
loans or other debt,&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;call (800) 304-3107&lt;/B&gt;, for the US Treasury's
Bureau of Fiscal Services.&lt;/SPAN&gt;
