The CF-1040 is available for print in TurboTax but cannot be e-filed (see https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_mi_online_individual.html).

If you checked off one of the cities that needs the CF-1040, then the form should be in the list of PDF pages that you saved from your return.

I'm having this same issue! I received an email saying my Common City Form CF-1040 are ready.

When I click on the link in the email, it takes me to the main page of TurboTax with nothing to do.

I go to reprint my tax returns and it still says "DO NOT FILE FORM NOT FINAL DO NOT FILE".

HELP!

@juneysue2012, you would want to log back in to your TurboTax account. You would want to select "Add a state" to get back in to your return and then you can print the City Forms from there. The City Forms need to be printed and mailed in. Please let us know if this helps.

Can you make any changes to the city tax form once you've filed and then go back in under add a state?

Yes, you can make changes in the form of filing an amended return. You can file an amendment after your submitted return has been processed by the IRS. Since your state tax return pulls information in from your federal, see this FAQ on How to amend a return.
