      <description>&lt;P&gt;With the tax reform changes of 2018, there were impacts on tax returns in 2018, even if all the scenarios reported on it were about the same as 2017.&amp;nbsp; With the lower income tax rates for several brackets, the &lt;B&gt;IRS lowered the withholding tables for 2018&lt;/B&gt;. Therefore, less taxes were taken out from paychecks during the year compared to 2017.&amp;nbsp; This could be a primary reason why your refund is much lower.&amp;nbsp; Plus, there were &lt;B&gt;changes with the standard deduction&lt;/B&gt; amount increasing and &lt;B&gt;personal exemptions being suspended&lt;/B&gt;, along with limits and restrictions of some of the itemized deductions.&amp;nbsp; See more about the impacts of Tax Reform in the bottom link below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to have someone review your return, you would need to be using a TurboTax &lt;U&gt;online&lt;/U&gt; version.&amp;nbsp; Plus, all the review appointments between now and April 15 are filled, but you certainly &lt;B&gt;can add TurboTax Live&lt;/B&gt; onto your TurboTax version and &lt;B&gt;file an extension of your return&lt;/B&gt; so that you can have a&lt;B&gt; tax expert review the return for you sometime after April 15&lt;/B&gt;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;See below for how to add TurboTax Live to your version:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
