Theft Identity pin

Yearly I have to enter a Theft Identity pin. This year we have moved but I know for certain I used it when I filed via TurboTax. I can't locate my letter with my pin following the move. Can TurboTax supply me with it from last year's filing?

You get a new Identity Protection PIN each year. You cannot use last year's IP PIN on this year's tax return. If you can't find your letter, go to the following link on the IRS web site for information about retrieving your IP PIN.

I did go there. They're currently closed because of the virus. I just mailed my taxes in. We moved in August,so by December we didn't receive one. I just paid upfront for turbotax, printed my returns and mailed them in.
