Refund Status

I submitted my taxes on 01/27/20..

When I kept checking the refund status it kept saying your return was received and is being reviewed and I would receive a notice within 30 days to tell me what to send for it to be processed..I never received a letter at all..I called and spoke

with a rep on 3/9/20,3/13/20 and 3/16/20 the last rep told me that they received my documents and to call back on 3/26 for the determination..I found out what documents to send from one of the reps not because I received a letter..Well this is when the COVID-19 started and the recorder said a live person is not available and to keep checking the refund status website..I have been doing that since March and its saying the same thing that it’s being processed and I will receive a letter in the mail..So I checked my transcript and it had all these codes on there..The main code846

said refund issued $149 on 2/27/20..I never received it or a letter..They have my correct account information as well..I received my stimulus so I know they have the right account....Then the transcript have codes

766 and 768..I googled the codes and 768 says posts credit..766 says it’s been received....Also on my transcript it says any minus sign shown below is a

sign of credit..and it had the right amount I’m supposed to receive and the date

of 4/15/20..I’m so confused on what’s going on..And u can’t talk with anyone...its very frustrating..I need my $$$ so bad..Can someone Please help me to figure what’s going on?!! Also I don’t owe any debts..I called the offset line..

Unfortunately only the IRS can help you or the tax advocates office but as I understand, both are mostly closed currently for phone service.
