I mailed both my federal and state taxes in on March 10, 2020 and received my state return on March 31, 2020 and haven’t received my federal return and it’s April 17, 2020. When should I expect my return ?

Per the IRS:

"We are not currently able to process individual paper tax returns due to the COVID-19 outbreak":Economic Impact Payments

They ask that you do not mail in another copy. Please keep an eye on the IRS website for updates.
