Missing stimulus payment

Can someone please help me figure out where my stimulus money went. The IRS website states it was deposited to bank acount xxxxxx7085 which is the back account for my direct deposit intuit turbo tax card. IRS states they deposited funds on 4/15/2020. However the balance on that card remains $0.00. Has anyone else had problems similar to this? Is Turbo tax having difficulties and/or delays with deposits from the stimulus payments? Will the funds eventually be deposited?

It may take a day or two for your Stimulus Payment to show up on your TurboTax Card.

If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit on 4/15. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: TurboTax Debit Card Login.
