Stimulus + Refund Pay date

When I go to https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment why does my status say 'Payment Status not available' when I filed with fed and state last week, received fed payment.

Also I selected to pay NY state on July 15th, and the money was removed from my account today. Makes no sense. It tried to charge me $30 to talk to someone about that also.

It takes a while for the IRS to upload everyone's data. With it being a new portal it could just take a while to gain access to everyone's information.

You contact the NY Department of Taxation and Finance for information on your early debit.
