If you have a Turbo Visa Debit Card issued by Green Dot, you'll be able to get your user ID and reset your password. See the following:

I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit on 4/15. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: Turbo Debit Card sign in.

I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (Turbo Debit Card sign in. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

In 2018, I chose to have my refund sent on a debit card. I never received the refund from the IRS because I had several unpaid student loans. I filed for 2019 recently with my checking account information for the 2019 refund. However, my stimulus check is going to the 2018 debit card, which I never received. I keep trying to report it “lost or stolen” in order to get a replacement, but it requires the 16 digit debit card number that I don’t have.

What should I do? I can’t get ahold of anyone.
