I'm having same problem one minute I could get on and now I can not. Number on card says it's not a working number. Can someone help with this?

The Turbo Visa Debit Card website and app are experiencing high volumes today due to the stimulus payments being funded. If you are only looking for balance information you can try texting the following command to 43411: “BAL XXXX” (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card number). If you need other assistance, please try back at a later time.
