Used TurboTax service on 4/9, return accepted by IRS, NO information about me on Get My Payment (IRS stimulus check portal)!

I used TurboTax to submit a return (with direct deposit info) on 4/9 and it was accepted by the IRS the same day. The Get My Payment portal says it has no information on my eligibility today (4/15)! What do I do now?

I am sorry, but we do not have access to the IRS Timeline on when people will receive their Stimulus Payment. Some folks have received their Stimulus Payment. We will have more information once the government finalizes the details.

Also, it does take some time for the IRS to update their website with your data.

@ReginaM Thank you for getting back to me! I hope we are eventually able to get some information on how long it will take after filing to be available in their database.
