I was finally able to order both account & return transcripts today. I filled and was accepted on 1/25 , bars went away after a couple days & I still haven't gotten them back but I'm happy that I was able to order transcripts after weeks of trying!!!

@lin42 I checked. and nothing has changed on my end, which is a bummer. I wish they would at least send a letter letting me know what is going on. Hearing something is better than not knowing. The rep just said it was under review for the next 45 days, and Im not sure when that started.
