MY REFUND IS BEING WITHHELD DUE TO STUDENLOAN OFFSET.. WILL THEY KEEP THE WHOLE REFUND OR WILL I GET SOME OF IT BACK

If the refund does not satisfy the debt then you will receive nothing back from the IRS .

So my little $6000 is just that. So because my student loans are more than that them suckers just keep my little money. I'm appalled. I'm definitely going to be homeless now.

If I had to pay back my student loans....why do you think you do not need to??? You applied for the loans with the expectation of paying them back? (At least hopefully) CORRECT?

Unfortunately, most of us have needed help at some time in our lives. Hopefully, you will be able to find a friend or family member who can help you. Then, you need to start "living for today, while PLANNING for tomorrow," so that does not happen again.

Its all about taking responsibility for yourself, as an adult.

Join the club buddy... I'm living in my vehicle and the IRS kept my $2060 dollar refund. That would have bought fuel for perhaps a week. They need our money much more than we do...I suppose. My advice is to Hold your head up, take it on the other cheek and keep smiling because they will probably keep this years refund too! Good Luck
