Yes and for some reason I was denied the prepaid card.... My boyfriend has an account but I'm not on it can it be sent to his

Ok I have an existing prepaid card which I use for paying bills but on my returns there is no option for that

Maybe call the number on the back and see if you can add money, as in your tax refund deposit to that. That would be perfect!

It says I can when I call but while I'm filing it does not give me an option to put my refund on this card

Maybe going to your local bank in the morning and opening a free checking account would be best for you.

Your name will need to be on your bank account in order to receive your refund there.

You can have a check mailed to you from the IRS.

If you're getting a refund, but have no bank account in which to direct-deposit it, you can:

Deposit to an existing prepaid card. You'll need the routing and account number, which you can get by calling the prepaid card's customer service number.
Open a bank account tomorrow. Once you've opened your account, come back to TurboTax to enter your bank account information, and then e-file to get your refund as quickly as possible.
Opt for a check refund. Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery for IRS checks.

You can also:

Direct deposit your refund into your checking, savings, brokerage, or IRA account.
Buy U.S. Savings Bonds.
Apply your refund to next year's taxes (not very exciting, but we thought we'd mention it).

Not that there's anything wrong with getting a check refund; the IRS issues millions of check refunds every year.
