How do I get the IRS my direct deposit info if I don't owe anything and also have no refund to get? This is a joke, right? Why cant they accept the information without other reasons to get it??

Hi the webpage opened up for using that service and it says my payment status is unavailable,

that they cant determine my eligibility?

My return says it has been accepted by IRS on turbotax...
