What's wrong with it? Do you mean your Refund or your tax return?

It keeps saying my AGI is incorrect and now I have to file by mail. I filed by mail at first about 3 weeks ago. And when I went to check on turbo tax it says my taxes got rejected. Do I have to file by mail again ?

Turbo Tax will always say Rejected. That is only for the efiled returns. Turbo Tax doesn't know if or when you actually mailed it. And the IRS doesn't tell Turbo Tax when they get a mailed return. Mailed returns don't get Accepted or Rejected. The IRS takes all mailed returns.

Oh okay so I don’t have to file again ? I have not received anything in the mail and when I try to track it there is no info on it. I just saw a message that said “

It looks like you've already mailed in your 2019 tax return. The IRS has the info they need to qualify you for a stimulus payment as well. “ maybe that means they received it? I just don’t know if it’s processing.

Found this. They are not processing mailed returns right now.

See this IRS page updated April 10, 2020

https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-operations-during-covid-19-mission-critical-functions-continue

It says.......

Paper Tax Returns: All taxpayers should file electronically through their tax preparer, tax software provider or IRS Free File if possible. The IRS is not currently able to process individual paper tax returns. If you already have filed via paper but it has not yet been processed, do not file a second tax return or write to the IRS to inquire about the status of your return or your economic impact payment. Paper returns will be processed once processing centers are able to reopen. This year, more than 90% of taxpayers have filed electronically.
