Did you save copy your 2017 .tax2017 file to a flash drive or external drive? Your 2017 tax return is not saved in the TurboTax cloud. The file is on your your old computer.

On your old computer, find your .tax2017 data file (also called a .tax file) and copy it to a flash drive or external hard drive. See How do I move my tax data file to another computer?
To find the .tax2017 tax file on your new computer, Transfer last year's return to 2018 TurboTax for Windows, option 1. Transfer from TurboTax for Windows, Taxact or H&R Block.
