      <title>Refund status issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in Pennsylvania and I had to mail my federal tax return.&amp;nbsp; I mailed it on Feb 12th, and it is now April 13th.&amp;nbsp; We have not received the refund, checking the status on the IRS website shows no information, and I am unable to reach anyone at the IRS by phone.&amp;nbsp; Is there someone I can talk to in order to figure out if they got the return?&amp;nbsp; I don't care if it takes a while for them to send the refund, we just want to make sure that they got it and that it is on the list to be completed at some point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
