IRS LETTER 5071c

I received letter 5071C after I filed my my federal return ,I am unable to verify online and the phone number to call you get a recording saying the irs office is closed due to coronavirus. any suggestions? can I file an amended return?

You won't get any answers from TurboTax. They'll blame it on the IRS, they'll blame it on your bank-- whatever it takes to avoid taking responsibility. They will not give you any answers online or by phone.
