Stimulus Payment Direct Deposit

I filed my 2019 Federal & State Taxes on 4/3/2020 and was accepted about 20 minutes after submitting. My question is will the IRS go off of my 2019 direct deposit information when sending the stimulus money out? I did file in 2018 but the direct deposit account information I used that account is closed.

If you have filed a 2019 tax return and need to change or add your direct deposit information, the IRS is preparing a portal for you to use. Please see this IRS website Get Your Payment

Unfortunately they went off my 2018 return & sent to a closed acct. Since the payment has already been sent I can't update anything. I guess the bank will reject it & send it back to the IRS & I have to wait on a paper check? I'm so upset 😭
