Yes, some have.

We have not yet received confirmation from the IRS on whether they will be putting stimulus payments on prepaid debit cards.

However, we have noticed that the IRS has started depositing stimulus payments on some prepaid debit cards for taxpayers that chose to receive their refund through that method in tax year 2019 or 2018. If you received your refund on a prepaid debit card in tax year 2019 or 2018, here is what you need to know:

I have access to my debit card: If you have access to your debit card (most people), there is nothing more you need to do. If the IRS deposits a stimulus payment onto your prepaid debit card, you will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit.
I don’t have access to my debit card: If you received a notification that you will be receiving your stimulus payment from the IRS on your prepaid debit card and no longer have access to it, we will have information coming shortly. We encourage you to visit this site, where we are continually updating with the latest information and guidance. We know everyone is anxious to get their stimulus money and we are committed to helping our customers get access to their stimulus payment as fast as possible.

Where is my stimulus check, I checked the status on the IRS.GOV, and it was sent to an account number that you guys used to take my loan out and load my TurboTax card.

basically people that used that turbotax card and received the advance got screwed i had to update my direct depost information because oy said it didnt have it. Now there is no telling when i will receive the stimulus payment. I am not filing with turbo tax again ill use credit karma next time i am so disappointed in the service received

TurboTax will be sending an email to taxpayers that will be receiving their stimulus payment from the IRS on their Turbo Visa Debit Card issued by Green Dot on Wednesday April 15, 2020.

I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit on 4/15. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login

I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you. Due to heavy traffic you may experience some delays on the web site or phone line.

I got my refund on my turbo tax card, an my 2019 tax documents show my direct deposit information, but when I checked with the IRS, they said I did not have any direct deposit on file with them. But my papers say other wise, I suggest checking the irs site to put In ur info. I will be getting to the bottom of why turbo tax shows my direct deposit yet the irs doesn’t I will order a transcript from the irs an we will see what’s on there paper work an if it does not match. Well they will surly hear from me. I suggest to be safe everyone check to be sure

Mine said the same thing on irs.gov, i put in my routing number and my account from my TurboTax card (since I do not have a bank account), which is also the same exact number that we’re already on my 1040, I double checked and it said it was updated successfully. I don’t understand why some people got theirs no problem on the turbo tax card and others are saying they don’t have the info, when they clearly do. And I didn’t get the advance for my refund. It’s extremely frustrating and I don’t think I will be using TurboTax next year.

I just want to irs portal and put the tubatax visa round number and account and they said be sending it to that card so I hope I get the check

NO, we filed our 2018 taxes through Turbo Tax and we owed to the IRS so they have our information because we payd monthly for the year. We cannot find out when an how we will receive the money. We will not be filing with Turbo Tax because they have NO solutions to this problem.
