I got a notification that said that my deposit of 1,200 dollar would be deposit and post 4/15/2020.... also I’m being told that the stimulus checks payment can’t be Direct deposited Onto The Turbo Cards

We are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding updating or providing direct deposit information for the stimulus payments and how they will be distributed to these types of accounts. We will have more information once the government finalizes the details.

I’m thinking y’all should get this figured out ASAP... and that this is something that should have already been worked out, some people need the money as the are off due to this pandemic and your response is... sorry we didn’t have this figured out because we don’t gave a **bleep** about you. Cool... guess I won’t be using turbo tax next year.

Once your refund status on the IRS shows "Refund Sent" it can take 1 to 5 business days approximately, for the financial institution to deposit fund into your account. We cannot see your personal information nor your TurboTax card information. Sign in to your account to see your balance history, track your spending, send money, pay bills, and more.

Please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card customer care phone number. When you call the number follow the steps below :

Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it)
Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birth date.

Telling at someone who doesn't know the answenisntngeting you anywhere . You people need to understand they can't do anything until the IRS gets their **bleep** together . It's not TurboTax s fault. With that said they could ATL roast tell you this much. Go to page z2 of your 1040 form and lol at the direct deposit info. Go to website for your Turbocard and look at you Direct deposit info. If the numbers are the same as listed on your tax form.bYPIR FINE CHILL THE **bleep** OUT. If they are not than you will have to wait your impatient **bleep** till IRS puts up the web portal and you can change your direct deposit info. Simple as that .

@Snedshed ... I don’t remember anyone asking your input. Why are you on a board that has no relevance to you. I’m pissed because I paid for a cpa to review my taxes.. they did and I’m still waiting on my taxes due to a review. So **bleep** off unless you know a situation. Two I’m nit working due to the virus... so no income tax and no stimulus is really pissing me off. So unless you have the answer to the question above .... mind ya business
