I filed my taxes 3/13/2020,I used pay check stubs for no w-2 feds refund /not state. now the company says no w-2 because I was paid in 2020,do I amend now or wait for state refund / I have amended not sent yet I owe 70 on state do I send that or wait

If you filed your 2019 tax return using 2020 pay check stubs the IRS will reject your tax return. You do not have to file an amended tax return, Form 1040X, just correct your 2019 tax return when the return is rejected and refile your return.
