What do you mean by "can't find my 1099 under my documents?" Why would it be under your documents? Please explain more.

What are you trying to do?

And what kind of 1099? 1099-MISC, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-R, 1099-B, etc.

I see you are using Self-Employed edition? Are you asking about a 1099-MISC? If so, please explain.

You would not see your 1099 in the same way you would not see your W-2. You would see the information taken from the reporting form entered on the return, in the area the income belongs.
