We don't know what "doing my taxes wrong" means. TurboTax returns are self-prepared, unless you paid extra for live CPA/EA help. But your question is too general, so we can only give you some general info.

The FAQ in the comment above refers to desktop software. The type of guarantee in the link provided above does not apply to Online TurboTax.
