There is no need to enter the 2018 AGI again if your 2019 tax return was e-filed and accepted by the IRS.

Even if I got an email saying my return was incomplete because of it? It was also accepted

If this was a TurboTax email, it was probably sent in error since your federal tax return has been accepted by the IRS.
