Why did you charge me when it's supposed to be free for anyone that makes under $66,000 a year and my name is supposed to be offering you need to take money out of my account anyways that's my number

@Justijj2 It looks like you are posting under "TurboTax Live Self Employment". If this is the product you used, please see the TurboTax Products and Pricing link here.

The Free Edition is for simple returns that file a 1040 with no additional schedules, and is free as long as you don't select any add-ons or upgrades.

If you have further questions regarding your fees, please contact TurboTax and speak with an agent. TurboTax customer service/support does not have a single phone number but has many different phone numbers based on the type of platform used. So that we can direct your call to the best person/department to help you:

Click on this link: Contact Us
Select your TurboTax platform.
Ask your question / state your problem. Do NOT use the word "refund' or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
Click Submit.
On the next screen, choose the Call option and follow the instructions. You will be given the approximate wait time.

You'll get a toll-free number to a TurboTax expert who is specially-trained to handle your particular issue.

You over drafted my girlfriend's bank account had + $140 now it's at -$316.34 you weren't supposed to take out anything until I got my money first . Then you said that it was supposed to be free for anyone makes under $66,000 a year and it wasn't . You stole money out of account that I was trying to use so the IRS could deposit money into the account not for turbo tax to steal money out of account that they had no permission to use. she has no obligation with turbo tax and you stole her money anyways. I read the internet and see you have done this to millions of people and you give everyone same answer. " It's never turbo taxes fault!" What you done was bank fraud and will be paying for it

This is mainly a user community forum. You'll need to phone TurboTax Support during business hours for help with your overdraft and fee issues. Nothing account-specific can be handled in this user community. It sounds like your girlfriend used one of the paid products instead of using one of the 2 free products.

Did your girlfriend choose to pay her product fees out of her Federal refund? I'll leave a FAQ below that tells you why a bank account would be auto-debited if a refund has been delayed an unusually long time at the IRS. It sounds She should have been getting emailed bills asking for payment or to contact support to request a deferment, and finally an email warning the bank account was to be debited. See the second FAQ below).

You can appeal any overdraft fees, however. But you'll have to talk to Customer Support. Actually if all is this is on the girlfriend's behalf, she's the one that will need to talk to them. Or you both can be on the line together. But this cannot be resolved on a user bulletin board, so phone in during business hours.
